01 / The approach
Built around your business.
Not the other way round.
A custom website starts with understanding your business: who you help, what makes you different and what a visitor needs to know before getting in touch. Those answers shape the pages, their order and the way your story is told.
We define the visual direction together, then turn it into a working website. Layout, typography, photography and interactions have a shared purpose: a coherent experience that represents you, rather than a collection of decorative pages.
A good fit for
- Businesses creating their first considered online presence
- Professionals who need to explain a specialist service
- Hospitality and brands with a distinctive story
02 / What we can build
What we can build.
Structure & content
A page plan, clear navigation and a hierarchy for your services, story and contact information. We agree which content you supply and where editorial support is needed.
A visual identity online
Layouts, typography, colour and image treatment developed around your brand. You review the direction before the website is built.
Responsive development
Pages adapted for desktop and mobile, with attention to navigation, readable content and the behaviour of forms and other agreed features.
Editing & launch
An editing area where required, page titles and descriptions, and a launch checklist. Hosting, additional languages and integrations are defined separately in the scope.
The exact scope, integrations and deliverables are agreed in your proposal. Not every project needs every feature.
03 / How we work
How we work.
Understand
We discuss your business, audience, material and the purpose of the website.
Shape
We agree the page structure and present the visual direction for review.
Build
We develop the approved design and test the agreed pages and functions.
Hand over
We prepare publication and show you how to use the editing functions included in your project.
04 / Before we begin
Before we begin.
What we need from you
- A brief about your business, audience and priorities.
- Your logo, existing brand material, photographs and draft texts, where available.
- One point of contact for feedback and approvals.
What we agree together
We agree the number of pages, languages, editing options, revisions and delivery stages before work begins. Photography, copywriting, paid tools, hosting and ongoing support are identified explicitly, not assumed to be included.
05 / Questions & answers
Questions & answers.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes, when an editing area is included in the project. We define which content you need to manage and build the controls around those tasks.
Can the website have several languages?
Yes. We agree the languages, who supplies or reviews each translation and how the language versions will be maintained.
Do I need to have all the content ready?
Not for the first conversation. We identify the missing material together and agree who will prepare it. Approved content is needed before the relevant pages can be completed.
How much does a custom website cost?
The proposal depends on the pages, content, functions and integrations. We define a scope and schedule after understanding the project; there is no single price for every business.
