01 / The approach
Start with the work.
Then build the tool.
We first map how a task moves through your business: who starts it, what information is needed, where decisions are made and what happens when something goes wrong. This gives the software a practical starting point.
The solution may be a client portal, an internal dashboard, a tailored CRM or a connection between existing systems. We favour a defined first version, then refine it with the people who use it rather than adding functions without a clear purpose.
A good fit for
- Teams repeating the same administrative tasks
- Businesses working across disconnected tools
- Companies needing a dedicated internal or client portal
02 / What we can build
What we can build.
Workflow & requirements
A map of the process, user roles and information involved. We distinguish necessary features from ideas for later stages.
Dashboards & portals
Interfaces for the agreed tasks, including relevant searches, forms, status views and reports. Access is defined around each user's role.
Integrations & automation
Connections to documented, authorised APIs and agreed automatic tasks. Exceptions, retries and manual review are considered as part of the flow.
Control & handover
Validation, access rules and a test plan suited to the project. We define documentation, backups, support and future changes before handover.
The exact scope, integrations and deliverables are agreed in your proposal. Not every project needs every feature.
03 / How we work
How we work.
Map
We document one real workflow and identify the people and systems involved.
Prototype
We review the main screens and rules before committing to the full implementation.
Develop
We build in agreed stages and test both the normal flow and important exceptions.
Refine
We review feedback from actual users and prioritise the next improvements.
04 / Before we begin
Before we begin.
What we need from you
- Examples of the current process and the tasks that create friction.
- A contact who understands the workflow and can approve its rules.
- Authorised technical documentation and test access for the systems to connect.
What we agree together
We agree the initial feature set, permissions, hosting and integration limits. Third-party API access and costs remain subject to their providers. AI-assisted functions, when proposed, require a separate assessment of data, reliability and human review.
05 / Questions & answers
Questions & answers.
Can you connect the tools we already use?
We first check whether authorised APIs or suitable export methods are available. An integration is confirmed only after its technical and access requirements have been reviewed.
Can different users have different permissions?
Yes. Roles and the actions available to each role are defined during requirements planning and tested as part of the project.
Can the system include AI?
Where it serves a clear purpose, we can assess an AI-assisted function. Its data handling, running costs, limitations and required human checks are agreed separately.
Do we need to build everything at once?
No. A defined first version is often the clearest starting point. Later functions can be prioritised after the core workflow has been used and reviewed.
