01 / The approach
Change what holds you back.
Keep what makes you, you.
A redesign is not simply a new set of colours. We start with the current website: its structure, content, contact paths and the tools it relies on. Together we identify what should remain, what needs rewriting and what no longer serves the business.
The new version is developed as a separate direction before publication. We agree how existing pages, addresses and integrations will be handled, so the transition is a planned part of the project rather than a last-minute task.
A good fit for
- Businesses whose website no longer reflects their work
- Sites that feel difficult to navigate or use on mobile
- Teams updating their identity, services or content
02 / What we can build
What we can build.
Review of the current site
An inventory of key pages, content and functions. Access to your existing tools and analytics, when available, helps define the starting point.
A clearer structure
Reorganised navigation, revised page layouts and a better-defined route to your services and contact details.
A new design direction
A visual system that fits your current business. Existing brand elements can be retained or refined according to the agreed scope.
Transition & checks
A plan for moving approved content, mapping changed addresses and checking key functions. Required redirects and platform constraints are reviewed before publication.
The exact scope, integrations and deliverables are agreed in your proposal. Not every project needs every feature.
03 / How we work
How we work.
Review
We examine the existing website and agree the problems worth solving.
Reframe
We define what to preserve and present a new structure and visual direction.
Rebuild
We prepare the replacement and review it without intentionally replacing the live site early.
Transition
We coordinate publication, agreed redirects and checks on the new version.
04 / Before we begin
Before we begin.
What we need from you
- The current website address and the issues you want to address.
- Access to the relevant hosting, domain or content platform when needed.
- A list of important pages, integrations and content to preserve.
What we agree together
We agree the migration scope, access responsibilities and publication plan. Search visibility cannot be guaranteed: changes to URLs, content or platforms need careful assessment, and some transitions require additional work.
05 / Questions & answers
Questions & answers.
Can we keep our domain name?
Usually, yes. We check who controls the domain and its configuration. A redesign does not automatically require a new domain or a hosting move.
Will the current website stay online?
Where the existing setup allows it, the replacement is prepared separately. Any publication window or expected interruption is discussed before the switch.
Can we reuse our existing text and photos?
Yes, where you have the right to use them and they fit the new direction. We review quality, relevance and gaps before deciding what to keep.
Will we keep our search rankings?
No responsible redesign can promise unchanged rankings. We can plan URL mapping, redirects and content continuity within the agreed work, but search results remain outside our control.
